General refund policy
Our raw crystals come as they are - raw, imperfect - just as how mother nature has made them and you. All raw crystals and minerals are bound to have some 'flaws' to them, especially from the mining process.
It's natural for the color and appearance of crystals to appear slightly different on varying screens, and under different lighting conditions (the type of lighting condition when our pictures were taken, and under the type of lighting condition you view it in real life).
We do not accept any form of returns, exchanges, or refunds because of imperfections and color differences, unless it was grossly misinterpreted in our product information (pictures & description).
You are deemed to have agreed to the above general refund policy for raw crystals and minerals when you place an order with us.

Even though we try our best to pack each crystal and order securely, sometimes breakage can happen.
We'll definitely rectify this issue for you. Please email us with your order number, and 2 clear pictures of the wrong item received.

If in the unfortunate scenario where you have received a broken crystal or item from us, we'll definitely work out this issue with you. But please note that the compensation or way we offer a solution will depend on the issue and the severity of the issue.
Please email us with your order number, and clear pictures of the damage item received.
